If you have moved from one electoral area to another, you can register to vote at your new address in time for the referendum on 25 May.
Download and fill in form RFA3 (pdf) from checktheregister.ie and then bring the form to a Garda station to have it signed. Use a separate form for each person applying.
Post the completed form(s) to the local authority in the area where you used to live. This will remove you from their electoral register and include you on the supplement to the register of your new local authority.
To register at your new address in time for the referendum on 25 May, you must get the completed form to your old local authority by Tuesday 8 May 2018.
Note that Monday 7 May is a public holiday.
